When Prime Minister Mark Carney was flying back to Ottawa on his government jet, was he wondering: Why would the Calgary Stampede “Boo” a boy who grew up in Alberta?  Were Liberal policies that devastating to the jobs in the Alberta oil industry and the provincial economy in the seven years I was away from Canada, as the Governor of the Bank of England?  Is Alberta really going to vote for independence during my tenure as Prime Minister? That would not look good on my Wikipedia page. Is an “Approved Pipeline” really the answer to save my legacy as Prime Minister and also Canada? If I totally blow up the country here, can I still get my Irish citizenship back? I’m in over my head here, what would my European friends do in this situation?

(We have our doubts he takes it that seriously.)

Kenney’s legacy lives on

I’d like to thank Jason Kenny for his work as premier in bringing a major manufacturer to southern Alberta.  Welcome to Alberta De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. Best of luck to your enterprise.

Abram Wiebe

(It is nice to see new job opportunities in Alberta.)

Holding back trade deal

As long as Prime Minister Carney keeps screwing the province of Alberta around, with regards to our pipelines projects and fossil fuels, he will never be able to secure a trade deal with the Trump administration in Washington, D.C.. As the idiom states, ‘what goes around, eventually comes around.’ I am confident enough, knowing the karma will make sure of that.

(It seems unlikely that Trump is that in touch with Canadian policies to make decisions based on them.)

Unwelcome guest

I don’t understand why Prime Minister Mark Carney was included at The Calgary Stampede breakfast. He is a traitor to Canada, along with his government, which are Justin Trudeau’s former cabinet ministers shuffled into different portfolios. He is not welcome in Calgary. He does not care about Albertans even though he was born in Alberta. His head swelled when he became a central banker, and along with Christia Freeland whose head swelled when she became a Liberal politician long after she was born in Grand Prairie, Alberta. He became a dictator when he attempted to carry on with the banning of fossil fuel vehicles by 2035 and invoke the digital sales tax.

One way he can prove himself is to immediately scrap Bill C-69.

Keith Drebit

(That’s an excellent suggestion, he should get on that.)
